This role requires employees to be present in our San Jose, CA office up to four days a week.
What you’ll do:
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic team in the AI infrastructure and compute business. In this role, you will assist in driving the development and delivery of innovative AI products and solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, support the product roadmap, and ensure successful execution of product launches in the AI infrastructure space.
This position is ideal for someone passionate about cutting-edge AI technologies and cloud infrastructure, with an eagerness to grow and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Product Roadmap & Strategy: Collaborate with Senior Product Managers to define the product vision and roadmap for AI infrastructure solutions.
Market Research: Conduct research on AI trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs to inform product features and positioning.
Requirement Gathering: Work with multiple customers, partner and field teams to translate business requirements into clear product specifications.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, marketing, sales, supply chain, finance and customer support teams to ensure smooth product development and launch.
Feature Development: Assist in managing the product development lifecycle, from idea generation to execution, ensuring deadlines are met.
User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback, using insights to prioritize product enhancements and optimizations.
AI Infrastructure Focus: Develop a deep understanding of AI infrastructure challenges, such as high-performance computing, data storage, and scalability.
Documentation: Create product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and product updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Metrics & Reporting: Track key product metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a relevant technical field.
2+ years in a product management, business analysis, or a related role.
1 year of cross-functional collaboration with business partners in the delivery of a technical product to the market.
Preferred Requirements:
Basic understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and computing systems.
Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!
History of conducting competitive feature, price/cost, and/or margin analysis.
Comfortable delivering presentations to different audience levels, large and small.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
