The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. You will report to a data manager or another senior data team member. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.Responsibilities:Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scannersType in data provided directly from customersCreate spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakesVerify data by comparing it to source documentsUpdate existing dataRetrieve data from the database or electronic files as requestedPerform regular backups to ensure data preservationSort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lostCustomer service via emails, phone calls, and web customer service.Leave a good impression of our brand to all those they interact with, regardless of whether the interaction is pleasant or unpleasant.Quickly learn about our products, common concerns & problems, and ability to apply this knowledge.Enter purchase and sales order.Perform daily Research tasks.Inventory maintenance.Processing Data Entry.Additional tasks as assigned.SkillsProven experience as data entry clerkFast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferredExcellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devicesBasic understanding of databasesGood command of English both oral and written and customer service skillsGreat attention to detailHigh school degree or equivalentAt least 1 year of administration or data entry experienceBasic Skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Word,Adaptability/flexibility and the ability to problem-solve effectivelyStrong communication and team work skillsHigh level of attention to detail and excellent time management skillsStrong written, numerical, and verbal skillsFULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDEDJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: From $23.00 - $33.00 per hourBenefits:Part Time & Full Time.Paid time off.Schedule:Flexible5 to 8 hour Completing TasksDay or NightMonday to SundayAbility to commute/relocate:Remote Work (Required)Experience:Data entry: Basic Knowledge (Preferred)Work Location: Remote
