We offer a full range of benefits and we are now looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join the Purchasing Departing in our Las Vegas office!

General Responsibility:

The duties of the Purchasing Data Entry is to enter all data from order & returns throughout the Warehouse.

Significant Duties:

• Entering data received from: Package slips from vendors, invoices, credits, and transfers between branches.
• Entering PO confirmation from vendor as well as assisting Purchasing Department when needed.
• Work directly with Purchasing Agent.
• Communicate with all involved in operations in conjunction with fabrication, jobsite deliveries & shop deliveries
• Performs within the values and guidelines of 20/20 and adheres to the 20/20 Policies and Procedures
• Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes
• Other duties or projects as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, continued/ongoing education and training related to purchasing functions
• One or more years’ in the field of purchasing with plumbing parts experience preferred.
• General knowledge in the field of purchasing, industry specific in Single Family, Multi Family, Commercial and Hospitality plumbing projects
• Proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Sage experience preferred
• Ability to maintain the highest ethical behavior
• Interact with all levels of internal and external customers in a professional and supportive manner
• Self-motivated and able to work in a collectively responsible team environment
• Ability to stay organized and manages priorities in an efficient manner
• Exceptional communication skills necessary, both written and verbal; detail oriented with good follow-up and follow-thru skills
• Good people and problem solving skills required
• Display a cooperative attitude at all times

Physical Requirements: The position of Purchasing Data Entry requires that you are able to lift objects that weight up to 15 pounds, climb a ladder, squat, kneel, twist, bend, and work above head and below waist. Ability to sit long periods, stand, walk, climb stairs and use of hands, fingers, wrists, and arms.
