We are currently hiring for our next
Business Analysis Co-Op in the Seaport District of Boston. This position is from January-June 2025.
What You'll Brew:
The Business Analysis team is the mission control support structure for the Boston Beer Company sales force. You will be responsible for supporting the team in a variety of ways, including:
National Account Support - On/Off Premise (approx. 50%)
Manage the intake and completion of Call Point requests via Zendesk for the National Account On and Off-Premise teams
Manage the On-Premise Draft survey process
Other support as needed around the department (helping with slides, cleaning up data sets, etc.)
Assist in call point management (KARMA database)
Assist in ongoing reporting requirements
Geographic Team Support (approx. 50%)
Assist in ongoing reporting requirements
Providing trend analysis for wholesaler meetings
Other sales team related ad hoc analysis
Draft survey maintenance
What Ingredients You’ll Bring:
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program
Valid Social Security Number needed by first day of employment
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred fields of study are business, marketing, finance, or economics
Experience working in an office setting
Expert level working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience working with or supporting a sales team is helpful
Team player
Ability to communicate with remote stakeholders
Students 21+ years of age
Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States, now or in the future
