The Digital Marketplace Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for the E-shop data, ERP processes, and in the US while working seamlessly within a global organization framework. Manage follow-up communication, update order status, and issue refunds on our E-shop and order entry platforms. This position will handle inbound service and support requests from the direct and extended customer base of Somfy Systems, Inc. and will execute back-office support in terms of order entry and related subjects.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manually process purchase orders in an ERP system generated by an E-Shop ordering platform.
  • Gather shipment details and update the E-Shop platform to communicate order status to the consumer.
  • Respond to general customer inquiries; escalate to appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Process Return/Refund requests in an ERP system, E-shop platform, and Logistics system (UPS/FedEx)
  • Execute appropriate solutions, alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution on issues.
  • Creating visibility, and transparent communication internally and to customers with CRM (Salesforce).
  • Communicate regularly with the E-Commerce Leader to align on marketplace data integrity.
  • Help define, build, and maintain workflows within the platform to improve, operationalize and streamline relevant processes across different teams.

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university: or an equivalent combination of education and 2 plus years of related experience sufficient to successfully perform the key responsibilities strongly preferred.
  • Experience in ERP systems such as SAP a plus.
