Data Analyst

$100K - $115K + benefits

Hybrid onsite 3x per week in Woodland Hills, CA


We are seeking a Data Analyst based in Woodland Hills, California. This role involves sourcing, preparing, and packaging data to answer key business questions, working across data tables / databases to ensure accuracy and consistency. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand data requirements, analyze trends, build reports, and create compelling data visualizations to communicate findings.


Responsibilities:

• Source, prepare, and package data to address key business queries

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to comprehend data requirements and ensure data accuracy

• Analyze trends in booking activity, marketing efficiency, customer dynamics and make impactful recommendations for the business

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to provide key insights into sales and marketing metrics

• Build reports with auditing checks to ensure accurate, repeatable, and reliable analytics

• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including automating manual reporting processes

• Develop and execute research & analysis to inform preliminary hypotheses in response to ad hoc strategic questions arising from the Executive Team

• Create compelling data visualizations to communicate findings in a clear and easily understandable manner

• Contribute to the development and preparation of materials to support Executive Team decision making

• Maintain strong attention to detail, process documentation, and quality & validation controls when working with data.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Reporting Analyst or similar role

• Strong knowledge of Analytics and Data Analytics

• Proficient in Business Intelligence (BI) tools, including Power BI

• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation

• Experience in Data Analysis and interpretation

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
