We are in search of an experienced Data/Information Architect to join our team in New York, New York. This role involves the design, implementation, and management of identity solutions, along with engaging with customers and facilitating workshops. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry of Cloud Technologies, DB2 Database, Erwin Data, Informatica, MDM Technologies, Agile Scrum, Analytics, AWS Technologies, Business Intelligence (BI), and Business Requirement Document.
Responsibilities:
• Design comprehensive identity resolution solutions tailored to individual client needs, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Implement data cleansing, normalization, deduplication, and identity resolution processes using Simon Data’s platform and other relevant tools.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices for identity resolution solutions.
• Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to integrate new features and improvements into the platform.
• Ensure that identity solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Resolve customer inquiries and maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.• Proven experience in the role of Data/Information Architect or similar.
• Demonstrable expertise in Cloud Technologies.
• Familiarity with DB2 Database systems.
• Proficiency in using Erwin Data modeling tools.
• Experience with Informatica technologies.
• Knowledge of MDM (Master Data Management) Technologies.
• Agile Scrum methodology experience.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on Analytics.
• Experience with AWS Technologies.
• Understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) concepts.
• Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
