Pay Details: $75.00 to $85.00 per hour

Summary:
Data Analyst needed to develop complex cost models using advanced cost estimating techniques, analyze data sets, and communicate results to technical and programmatic leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Math, Operations Research, Engineering, or related field, with 5-10 years of technical experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience communicating with an executive audience.
- 1-2 years of experience with Python, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), MS SQL, and/or Tableau.
- Knowledge of data management systems and/or data science.
- 1-2 years of Parametric Estimating / TruePlanning experience.
- 1-2 years of experience with cost models, predictive analytics, or decision analysis.
- Active SECRET clearance.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced degree such as an MBA in Engineering or related field.
- Familiarity with manufacturing materials and processes.
- Strong team collaboration and leadership skills.
- Experience navigating technical and cost data.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple tasks.
- Experience in cost model development, data analytics, engineering in the Defense industry, and/or finance.
- Knowledge of financial systems, analysis, statistics, etc.
- Familiarity with proposal development and/or government acquisition processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop complex cost models using advanced cost estimating techniques.
- Conduct affordability analyses, life cycle cost developments, and cost data analytics.
- Perform forecasting of cost and schedules, data collection, and normalization.
- Build engineering models, synthesize data results, perform decision analysis, and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with engineering colleagues to solicit input and ensure accurate data synthesis and reporting.
