Description:

1. Active TS/SCI - candidates with Top Secret may be considered. Preferred is for candidate to have clearance already active with this customer, in this case it is NGA (National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency). 
2. Programming experience with Python to develop complex scientific and numeric applications, data analysis and visualization. 
3. C++ Programming experience 
4. Familiarity with remote sensing/GIS applications.

•Designs and develops methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze structured and unstructured, diverse sources including imagery and big data sources.

•Develops and uses advanced software programs, algorithms, querying and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate datasets and models complex business problems. 

•Is familiar with disciplines such as Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Predictive modeling, Statistical Analysis and Hypothesis testing. 

•Works with cross-discipline teams in order to ensure connectivity between various databases and systems.

Business Challenge:

NGA has awarded additional programs to the clients Defense and Intelligence Portfolio. This has increased the workload for the team and the client specifically creating net new positions in order to efficiently analyze the large amounts of data being received from NGA and keep up with demand.

Qualifications:

BS with 8-12 years of experience, or MS with 6-10 years of experience, or Doctorate in Technical domain, TS/SCI, algorithm development experience, matlab, python, C++, familiar with remote sensing/GIS applications

Level: 

T4 - Expert, authority in discipline typically with an advanced degree and 6+ years of experience or bachelors with 8+ years of experience or equivalent. 

Requires expert knowledge of and ability to apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.
