Senior Product Manager, Global Trade Services - Tech Strategy

The Tech Strategy team for Global Trade Services (GTS) is looking for a Sr. Product Manager with an ability to deliver continuous improvements with impact. Our team currently manages 30+ existing Tech solutions, 400+ data tables, 2k+ Datanet-based processes, 30 customer-facing dashboards, and 300+ AWS servicing pipelines to support all PC and Trade program functions. The lean nature of our team introduces tension between speed/delivery and quality/standards which negatively impacts the Customer Experience (CX) for our program customers, prevents prioritization of operational efficiency efforts, and limits our influence. To bridge this gap, we are looking for a highly capable Sr. PM to focus on new or incremental processes, drive customer engagement strategy, and standardize communications. This self-driven individual will regularly dive deep to understand the complexities of product/data management within a Trade environment, identify the biggest opportunities to improve communications, and then drive a strategy to achieve those goals. They will have a high-level understanding of the organizational program structure, operations, and workflows and marry that understanding with working knowledge of the products and technology supporting these activities. Key Job Responsibilities

Process improvements that increase visibility and transparency across Product and Tech. For example, deep-dive the sprint review process and ask the questions such as: is it easy/possible to compare requests? Is progress and status clear? Does the prioritization process make sense? Do both sides feel they are armed with the knowledge they need? Development and implementation of a holistic customer engagement framework between Product and program customers with the goal of improved awareness and utilization. For example, scrutinize existing communication mechanisms (e.g., Launch Announcements, Flash reports, etc.), source customer feedback – what do they want to know? When? And for what purpose? How do they best process/digest this information? Using data, present a communications/engagement strategy and drive roadmap to execution. Deliver and drive an updated Operational Planning process document for GTS Tech Strategy, including Product and Data. Using post-mortems as a starting point, dive into the existing process and incorporate feedback from Tech, Data, Program, and business stakeholders to identify key gaps and prioritize problems to solve for the upcoming OP1/OP2 cycles. Drive centralized Product/Tech documentation and plan for ongoing maintenance. Include organization of product documents such as Project artifacts, Internal SOPs, user guides, etc., as well as updated Wiki content. Coordinate inputs across the Product and Data teams for all outbound standardized communications (e.g., org-wide MBRs, OP1, Kingpin goal updates, etc.). About the Team
