Job Description
- Collect, organize and maintain company-specific data and reports for production, attendance, efficiency, safety, parts, quality, etc.
- Enter data into appropriate systems/data bases/files
- Track and report NCN (Non-Conformance Notification)
- Review ISO documents and update with ME’s
- LFP data entry daily
- Update LFP reports and projects
- Record scrap reports daily, weekly and monthly
- Verify DFP entry into MAPICS
- Create Pivot Charts and tables for data tracking and reporting
- Update dashboards using the collected data
- Order and track supplies for department
- Administer recognition programs for department
- Assist supervisors with projects as needed
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Identify data cleansing opportunities within our source systems, and suggest ways to improve data accuracy and/or collection of new data points
Nature & Scope:
- Performs analysis of data on a frequent basis to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities
- Independent thinker with good problem-solving skills.
- Provide training / guidance to data collectors
Knowledge & Skills:
- Must be skilled in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail – high level of accuracy

- Proficient with Excel – able to generate charts/tables and use formulas

Experience:
- 4+ Years
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Associates or Certifications in related field is highly preferred
