Trusted by over 800 customers across 160 countries, GTreasury provides treasury and finance teams with the ability to connect, compile, and manage mission-critical data to optimize cash flows and capital structures. We are seeking an experienced Data Manager to ensure the seamless management, governance, and flow of data across our systems, driving accuracy and consistency across our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance platforms.


Reporting to the VP of GTM Operations, the Data Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of data, ensuring accuracy in upstream and downstream data flows, conducting audits, and working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to resolve any discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, governance, and system integration, with expertise in SQL and experience in overseeing master data processes.

What You'll Do: 


  • Develop and implement data management policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency of our internal data ecosystems.
  • Oversee data governance and data integrity efforts, ensuring that all data adheres to established policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to identify, correct, and manage data errors at the source, ensuring ongoing data quality.
  • Conduct regular data audits to identify inconsistencies or discrepancies, and work with relevant teams to resolve these issues.
  • Ensure proper integration and seamless data flow between upstream and downstream systems, maintaining a unified source of truth.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain master data management (MDM) solutions to support data consistency and quality across all platforms.
  • Working with our Sales Force administrator, support system integration efforts by ensuring data flows correctly and meets all necessary governance standards.
  • Identify opportunities for data process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
  • Build and maintain datasets that can be easily visualized using Tableau or similar business intelligence tools, enabling effective reporting and data-driven decision-making
  • Manage and safeguard sensitive data, ensuring compliance with security and privacy policies.


Who We're Looking For:


  • 3-5 years of experience in data management, data governance, or related roles, ideally within a Saas environment.
  • Additional experience within Fintech, financial services or treasury a plus.
  • Utilize SQL to manage and manipulate large datasets, optimize data structures, and perform complex queries for reporting and analysis.
  • Capabilities to utilize various AI tools.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, master data management (MDM), and system integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage data inputs from various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

    • Salary: The expected annual median salary for this role is $100,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance, qualifications, experience, and location.
