ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Data Auditing Specialist will be responsible for monitoring, verifying, and enhancing data accuracy across inventory management, sales, production, and regulatory reporting systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and providing critical insights to support business decisions.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Data Auditing Specialist:
  • Conduct daily audits and monthly reconciliations for designated facilities.

  • Update internal databases with accurate inventory levels.

  • Manage Inventory Associates and oversee daily tasks.

  • Assist in developing metrics for tracking and reporting.

  • Analyze data in multiple formats (CSV, XLSX, JSON, PDF) to ensure accuracy.

  • Perform recurring audits of databases to ensure data integrity, reliability, and compliance.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds as needed.
  • Quick learner and willing to be coachable and flexible with work tasks.
  • Must be 21+ years old.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an AZDHS Facility Agent Card.
  • Attention to detail and ability and willingness to follow instructions.
  • Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Reliable attendance and communication - show up to work when you say you will and do what you say you will do.
  • Criminal background checks will be performed; most marijuana-related crimes will not negatively impact an application.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Analytical abilities to assess and interpret large datasets.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

  • Experience in the cannabis industry (formal or informal).
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Industry knowledge preferred, but not required
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Cannabis-related education.
