Gojob is hiring: Warehouse Lead in Groveport

Gojob is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations within a distribution center located in Groveport, OH.

The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a solid understanding of warehouse management processes and inventory software systems. This role is critical in ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team to achieve operational goals in a fast-paced environment.

Shift & Pay:

• 1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 7am - 3:30pm - $20/hr

**Responsibilities: **

• Lead and manage warehouse staff, ensuring effective team performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Utilize AS400 or similar systems for tracking inventory levels and managing warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with e-commerce teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and equipment operation.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or lead role is required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment and processes is essential.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and best practices in workplace safety.
• Proven experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
• Background in e-commerce operations or distribution center management is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements that drive operational efficiency.
