Warehouse Associate Job at Balance Staffing- Call Center in Fresno

Massive Hiring for Warehouse Associates! We have immediate openings for dedicated individuals who are ready to join a dynamic team and contribute to our success in the thriving warehouse industry.

Pay Rates and Shifts:

• $17.50 Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-3am
• $18.50 Friday-Sunday 6am-6:30pm

Summary:

• Must be able to work 10-12 hour shifts
• Manage the shipping, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes in our extensive 300,000 square-foot facility
• Contributing to the accuracy and speed of our service to stores and E-Commerce
• Ability to move material in the warehouse and able to perform repetitious movement
• Prepare product for shipment
• Prepare and package customer products in a safe and efficient manner while following the instructions of the Line Lead and Quality Lead.
• Follow corporate and site specific Warehouse Practices and report noncompliance when observed. In addition, will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and accurately process orders using RF scanners and warehouse equipment.
• Inventory Management: Restock picking bins, sort, count, and receive merchandise.
• Loading/Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks and organize warehouse storage space.
• Physical Requirements: Lift and move items up to 50 pounds, perform tasks requiring bending, standing, walking, and occasionally climbing or crawling.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, work with loud noise, variable temperatures, and dusty environments, and use personal protective equipment as necessary.
• Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively with team members, follow instructions accurately, and understand basic written and oral instructions in English.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
• Basic math, RF scanner, and computer skills are a plus, good physical stamina, attention to detail, and effective communication.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to varying tasks and schedules.

Working Conditions:

• Frequent exposure to loud noises, variable temperatures, and dusty environments.
• Possible exposure to strong scents and work in narrow aisles or trailers.
