Warehouse Client Relations Administrator - Weekly Pay

Job Description

We're hiring now for Warehouse Client Relations Administrators in Tucson, AZ

What we offer

  • Weekly pay of $20.00 - $22 per hour DOE

Tasks & Duties

  • Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs.

  • Work with WMS

  • Printing BOLS making sure pick-up drivers sign BOL.

  • Copy BOL and send proof of shipment to clients.

  • Answer client email questions on inventory.

  • Take pictures of outgoing orders and email photos to clients

  • Organize paperwork.

  • Support other administrative duties needed in warehouse.

  • Maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments

  • Consolidate shipping orders.

  • Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.

  • Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.

Shift Info

  • Day Shift, 07:00 am to 3:30 pm

  • Monday - Friday

Labeler Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

  • Shipping administrator or similar experience required.

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

  • Able to pass a background check.

  • Able to work in the US.

  • Familiarity with computers & business equipment

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency

  • Able to work independently and within a team.

  • Dependable and hardworking
