We focus on solving near term opportunities while charting a roadmap for how we will navigate the product development needs to maximize business value over the next 3 – 5 years. We are actively seeking a Head of Order Management (OM) for the Amazon Robotics Supply Chain (RSC) organization. The RSC organization sources, manufactures, and delivers a portfolio of robotics technology globally and supports our network of global fulfillment and transportation solutions. The OM team is responsible for execution performance for Amazon Robotics customers. This includes, but is not limited to, end-to-end deployment order management, problem service resolutions, post-deployment support, internal material requisitions, delivery troubleshooting, supply gap troubleshooting, and inventory health review. You will work cross-functionally to identify and deliver value for AR customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supply chain, be a domain expert to dive deep into the supply chain processes, and possess the supply chain technologies required to scale the order management function for the next three to five years. This role will require strong leadership skills and interaction/influence with teams across Amazon to drive the improvement of the OM function. The ideal candidate will be curious, have strong attention to detail, be energized by a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, be comfortable thinking big while also diving deep, and have high judgment and comfort managing senior stakeholders. You will lead the OM team and own on-time delivery performance for Amazon Robotics Supply Chain (RSC) customers. Your goal is to develop and deliver innovative processes to scale the OM function through systems automation. You will be a thought leader on supply chain delivery excellence, a good communicator, and able to build relationships with internal customers. Key job responsibilities: Lead the OM function, collaborating with internal/external stakeholders to maintain a high bar of delivery excellence. Present confidently to Amazon executives as well as other large audiences. Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion, hiring and developing the OM talent pool. Drive operational excellence by contributing to KPIs and SLAs. Drive OM process improvements, cost optimization, and scalability initiatives in collaboration with Robotics Supply Chain leadership.
