Restaurant Depot, a national wholesale restaurant supplier is seeking experienced candidates for Assistant Warehouse Manager for our facility in Mira Loma, CA.  This leadership role requires a strong blend of operational expertise, team management, and strategic thinking to ensure timely distribution of goods while maintaining the unique requirements of a cold storage environment.  The Assistant Warehouse Manager will support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and safety compliance. The role involves supervising a team, monitoring inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring accurate stock counts. A key focus is maintaining a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing receiving, stocking, and shipping operations.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff.
- Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor performance metrics and meet productivity targets.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Handle escalations in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of warehouse management experience.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards.
- Experience in food service or cold storage environments preferred.
