Job Description
Summary: The Warehouse Associates responsibilities include receiving, picking, packing, shipping, & displaying products. Duties might include delivery; a valid driver’s license will be required. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Warehouse Lead and Warehouse Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high.
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
- Report any discrepancies.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Previous experience with warehouse management systems preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Adapt to hot or cold working conditions.
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record (for delivery drivers)
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- Possess excellent communication skills in written, verbal and presentation formats.
- Ability to establish good organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Personal characteristics include enthusiastic, aggressive, self-starter.
