Warehouse Associate: Rockford, IL
Our customer in Rockford, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Warehouse Associates to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and organizing inventory, as well as picking, packing, and shipping orders.
They are seeking motivated individuals to join their team who can contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:
- Unload and load trucks, inspect shipments, verify delivery accuracy, and ensure proper documentation.
- Track, label, and organize inventory, ensuring stock accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to quality and efficiency standards.
- Inspect products for damages or discrepancies, reporting them to supervisors.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following company safety guidelines.
Warehouse Associate Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
- Ability to use inventory management software and handle basic documentation.
- Strong organizational skills, ensuring accurate inventory and order processing.
- Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.
Pay for Warehouse Associate: Starting at $17-$18/hour.
