Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
o Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
o Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
o Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
o Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
Administrative Tasks:
o Manage inventory records and update the warehouse management system.
o Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents.
o Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
o Assist in preparing reports and maintaining documentation for audits.
Safety and Compliance:
o Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
o Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid forklift drivers license.
Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
