Job Description:
As a Warehouse Worker at Sphirea Plus, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our warehouse. This role involves handling inventory, ensuring that products are stored and organized correctly, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment to customers.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified).
- Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Skills Required:
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
