Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Warehouse Laborer for a long-term, day shift role with a sheet metal manufacturer located in Vancouver, WA. The person in this role will pick orders, operate material handling equipment, and maintain inventory.

Pay: $20-$22/hr

Warehouse Laborer Responsibilities:

• Pick and prepare orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move and stage materials as needed.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards before staging for shipment.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as required.
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.

Warehouse Laborer Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and forklift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen, including testing for THC.
