Plumbing & Heating Wholesale, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Driver to join our team in Sioux Center, IA. Whether you’re on the road delivering top-tier service or supporting our warehouse operations, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers happy and our business running smoothly.

• Work-Life Balance: No nights, no weekends—Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM.

• Purpose-Driven Work: You’ll play a dual role—working directly with customers on delivery days and supporting warehouse operations the rest of the time.
• Balanced Schedule: Drive up to 2 days per week within a 150-mile radius, and spend the rest of your time helping with product receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory in the warehouse.

• Deliver with Care: Safely deliver materials and equipment, ensuring accurate and damage-free shipments.
• Warehouse Operations: Assist with product receiving, storing, and pulling transfers for other locations, or filling customer orders.
• Efficient Loading/Unloading: Load trucks securely to prevent product damage and perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our inside sales team and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse and delivery operations.
• Compliance: Use electronic logging devices (ELDs) to stay compliant with FMCSA and DOT regulations.

• Class A or B CDL: Not required—but it’s a plus if you have one!
• Customer Service Skills: You’ll be representing P&H Wholesale with every delivery and interaction.
• Adaptability: Whether on the road or in the warehouse, every day will present new challenges, and you’ll be ready to meet them head-on.
• Team Player: You’re eager to help your team succeed and willing to jump in wherever needed.
