The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse staff.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Pick, pack and load shipments for customers and technicians.
  • Coordinate with carriers and suppliers to resolve any issues.
  • Suggest and implement more efficient ways to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by the management team.
  • Foster a culture of safety.

Requirements and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations or related role
  • Knowledge of petroleum systems a plus
  • Ability to operate materials handling equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software
  • Work cooperatively and productively with little supervision.
  • Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
