Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Woodridge, IL 60517

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Shift Hours: 2:00 pm 10:30 pm (Orientation at 2:00 pm)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Woodridge, responsible for picking, packing, verifying, and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate will ensure orders are accurate, assist in loading/unloading trucks, and maintain organized inventory within a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship products as scheduled
• Verify order accuracy by confirming product numbers and quantities
• Load and unload trucks and move products to the appropriate storage areas
• Stock the warehouse, rotate/replenish inventory, and process stock materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Identify and report any missing, lost, or damaged materials
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs and push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) or willingness to learn
• Proficient in English for communication and safety protocols
• Must live within 35 miles of Woodridge, IL
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Safety shoes required for orientation and daily work

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience using handheld/RF scanners
• Forklift or Material Handling Equipment experience
• Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
