Warehouse Supervisor
Qualifications:
  1. Pharmaceutical or food/beverage industry experience a plus
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. cGMP knowledge
  4. Detail oriented
  5. Microsoft Word/Excel proficiency
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Strong organizational skills
  8. Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
  9. Associate’s degree a plus
Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise warehouse personnel and assist with their job duties when necessary
  2. Receive items, both serialized and non-serialized, performing necessary entries into the company ERP system. Unpack containers; verify freight bills and DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act) documentation
  3. Maintain good organization within the warehouse and make sure that all ERP transactions are made contemporaneously with the actions/movements that are being documented
  4. Remove components from inventory and issue to production batches
  5. Verify quantity production scrap on a per batch basis. Oversee disposal of all scrap.
  6. Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile with ERP system totals
  7. Maintain communication with Purchasing department regarding material reorder points
  8. Remove components from inventory and issue to production batches.
  9. Conduct monthly inventory to verify products/batch numbers/expiration dates/locations
  10. Maintain shipping and receiving supplies
  11. Maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
  12. Additional duties as needed
