We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager. The PTSolutions Warehouse Manager plays a crucial role in the leadership team, working collaboratively towards improving efficiencies and increasing profitability. The main focus of this position is on meeting customer needs and achieving best-in-class operations. The Warehouse Manager supervises overall facility operations, including productivity, quality control, inventory accuracy, reporting, and delivery. They may also be responsible for hiring and training new staff on new procedures. This position requires a strong leadership background and the ability to motivate others to perform at the highest level to achieve company goals.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Superior customer service where going above and beyond is the norm
• Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating superior customer service and setting the example for other staff
• A professional presence that creates trust and credibility
• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with superior customer service being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
• Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short-term and long-term performance goals
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
• Supervise daily operations of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
• Meet regularly with leadership to review, analyze, and develop action plans for productivity and loss prevention
• Forecast hiring needs and maintains a pipeline of candidates
• Provide support/backup to the Branch Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse lead role managing employees

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to twist, pull, push, and stand for long periods

• Dependable and reliable with excellent time management skills

• Comfortable working in adverse climate conditions

• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities

• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources to generate results

• Excellent communication skills while being comfortable delivering frequent direct written and/or oral feedback

• Ability to work with all levels of company staff
