Responsible for coordinating the activities and operations of the warehouse. Will maintain the organizations inventory, ordering and supplying necessary items while maintaining accurate records of all procurements.

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for coordinating the activities and operations of the warehouse. Will maintain the organizations inventory, ordering and supplying necessary items while maintaining accurate records of all procurements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database.
- Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products.
- Restocks supplies and inventory; places orders as needed.
- Maintains daily restocking of van inventory bins
- Cleans and organizes company vehicles.
- Operates forklift truck as needed.
- Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of product as needed.
- Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
- Assists with periodic (at least annual) physical inventory audits.
- Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
- Performs general maintenance and upkeep of all facilities
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Valid drivers license and background check with a clean record.
- Ability to work on call and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
