ShipIt, shipping 4.5 million orders a year, fulfills, meets, and exceeds our customer’s expectations.


We are looking for a full-time, on-site Warehouse Associate to join our shipping team in Lexington, Kentucky. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for maintaining the smooth and efficient flow of warehouse operations by managing deliveries, shipments, and inventory, while ensuring that pre-pack pallets are staged and stocked for the Labeling team.


What you will do:

  • Manage deliveries and shipments to optimize operations

  • Communicate with the Shipping Logistics Manager to stay coordinated on meeting shipping goals

  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized

  • Manage the inventory tracking system by recording deliveries, shipments, and stock levels

  • Earn and maintain pallet jack qualifications

  • Ensure prepack is staged and stocked in the shipping area and labeling area

  • Set up gaylords on black pallets in the labeling area

  • Transport full gaylords to the carrier trucks following the established gaylord flow

  • Transport prepack pallets onto appropriate racking for later use

  • Count inventory from staged pallets in the shipping area and track the number of gaylords in trucks

  • Know and follow First In First Out (FIFO) practices

  • Coordinate supply changeover from carriers with the forklift operator


What you must bring:

  • At least 18 years old

  • Ability to stand for long periods at a time

  • High School diploma (or equivalent) required

  • Able to be forklift certified

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

  • Aware of and capable of upholding safety standards and regulations

  • Comfortable with Google Workspaces


Pay: $15.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
