Job Summary:
The Warehouse Technician will work at our Glassport, PA facility and will perform all aspects of general warehouse duties. This includes duties such as picking and packing of sales, production and all other orders related to outbound shipping.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Picking and pulling of sales and production pick lists (in accordance to the work instructions)
- Proper checking and packaging of domestic and international packages so they can ship in a safe and economical manner.
- Process packages and pick lists through the shipping systems such as UPS, FedEx, etc.
- The posting of packing slips and other information into the Dynamics 365 F & O system
- General warehouse duties such as: organize and rotate product, cycle counts, inventory, etc.
- Perform basic clean-up of work area and keep the warehouse organized
- Maintain a high awareness of safety and organization
- All processes should follow the guidelines established in the department’s work instructions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required
- High School education
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to physically perform the job including: climbing, standing, lifting, bending, kneeling, etc.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist and lift up to and including 30 lbs. unassisted. Assistance must be used for any items over this weight. Assistance is always required for anything weighing over 60 lbs.

- Advanced computer skills
- Previous warehouse experience

Working Environment:
- Lifting and physical activity involved
- Use of construction and carpentry tools involved
- Seasonal weather conditions, heat and cold
- Primary shift is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, however the ability to work the 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM shift as needed is required
