About the Position
In this role, you will assist our warehouse manager in daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing exceptional administrative tasks and collaborating with the team on the warehouse floor. We are seeking a dynamic self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a flexible and fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Description                          
  • Manage associate schedules and track their progress.
  • Print Pick Tickets, ensuring timely shipment dates.
  • Book freight shipments through the carrier portal, prioritizing preferred carriers.
  • Process ASN and labels for major accounts (e.g., Academy, REI).
  • Prepare and ship Amazon orders, including necessary documentation.
  • Preprocess orders for drop ship customers like Costco and Target.
  • Fulfill Will Call orders and update shipment logs.
  • Assist with order shipment error resolution and input returns paperwork (RMAs).
  • Drive cycle count processes and support in-house projects.
  • Receive inventory transfers and manage data in NetSuite.
  • Collaborate with vendor supply teams and maintain cross-functional communication.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as ordering lunch, and other duties as assigned.

Required Skills
  • Experience in warehousing, fulfillment, and inventory management.
  • Proficient with ERP systems and inventory principles.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented and adaptable, especially during peak times.
  • Positive attitude and full-time, on-site availability in NE Portland.
