Essential Functions:
Generate opportunity assessments, assessing market opportunity through detailed market modeling, defining unmet needs and value propositions, identifying populations for expansion, monitoring competitive landscape and understanding technology advancements.
Work with technology and other internal cross-functional stakeholders to identify new opportunities for investment based on internal inventions and technologies.
Identify and prioritize potential new areas of technology investments that open up incremental market opportunities for HeartFlow.
Obtain, analyze and summarize key customer needs through: Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Business (VOB) practices; active engagement of key opinion leaders, current and potential customers, and internal stakeholders.
Conduct advisory boards, one-on-one engagements and third-party market research to inform opportunity assessments, capturing VOC, and informing technology and portfolio pipeline.
Build deep expertise in the populations, disease states, therapies, competitive landscape, clinical and evidence data, and market dynamics relevant to HeartFlow’s business.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key opinion leaders.
Spend time in the field with customers to understand their perspectives, needs and ideas to inform strategy and opportunity assessments.
Monitor and summarize external environment, competition, industry trends, scientific and technological advancements in the cardiovascular space.
Experience:
Experience bringing early stage product concepts to market from technology development to commercialization.
Experience in understanding new disease states and working with KOLs, clinicians and other stakeholders to define market requirements for innovative products.
Proven track record in identifying opportunities that have led to new commercial products / therapies.
Excellent execution in organizational complexity with the ability to raise awareness, drive alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills and experience.
Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.
The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the base salary compensation range is $180,000 to $220,000 per year, cash bonus, and stock options.
