Position Overview The Supply Chain Program Manager is a key role in managing all aspects of our supply chain systems and process improvement. In this role, you will partner closely with our supply chain and IT teams, ensuring the successful delivery of our ERP implementation, supply chain process improvement, and J&J integration. This role will also be responsible for collaborating with supply chain business process owners and IT to develop relevant KPIs and dashboards for supply chain and operations reporting. With a business process mindset and experience in industry best practices, this leader will maintain and enhance end-to-end supply chain processes and tools post-ERP implementation, ensuring seamless, integrated, and automated solutions that will result in improved workflows, productivity, data integrity, and drive growth. Essential Job Functions Support all aspects of ERP implementation for all supply chain planning related modules. Lead the implementation of ERP solutions to define and realize the future state of business processes to meet business requirements. Work with business users and functional process owners to create a robust framework to report supply chain KPIs and streamline planning workflow. Lead process and system integration work related to supply chain planning. Provide leadership on data management governance and solutions. Provide training to all supply chain users on new tools and processes. Proactively identify business problems and conditions and innovate by proposing business process and/or system enhancements on both new implementations and existing projects. Standardize, simplify, automate, and continuously improve our business processes, tools, and systems to optimize business operations and costs. Drive planning, design, development, and launch of other business processes and operations systems, including gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of working experience in the life sciences, medical devices, or healthcare industries, or 8 years of experience with a Master’s degree. Required experience with implementation of ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud. In-depth experience in implementing supply chain tools or modules (demand management, supply planning, MRP, Procurement, Manufacturing, warehouse, etc.). Experience working with IT on data integration with 3rd party logistics and suppliers. Understanding of medical device industry trends and peer company best practices. Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain process flow within quality system requirements and compliance (e.g., traceability, QSRs, ISO, MDD requirements). Proven supply chain expertise to help business design end-to-end processes, system reporting, and metrics. Experience with developing supply chain KPIs and dashboards in Oracle and/or PowerBI. Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence and get buy-in from people not under direct supervision. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Strong strategic, analytical, organizational, and systems thinking skills with the capacity to see the big picture and make sound judgments. Proactive, resourceful, self-directed, and results-oriented. Ability to be effective with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and SharePoint. Strong sense of urgency and commitment to execution. Market Range: San Francisco Bay Area (SFBA) Market Range: 121,000-151,000. All Other US Locations (Outside of SFBA): 102,000-128,000.
