Our client is looking for an experienced and flexible

Project Manager/ Director

with a robust background in managing events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing projects. The role involves overseeing the entire process of planning, executing, and delivering events, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, including: Timelines Budgets Resource allocation while ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations and company standards. This role also requires serving as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, and providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the Project Manager will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including: Designers Vendors Logistics On-site staff ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to approved plans and regulations. To succeed in this role, candidates should have a minimum of

5-8 years of experience

in project management, preferably within the F&B, conference, or events industry, with a strong proficiency in: Cost and quality control Resource planning On-site operations Experience of managing events from inception to completion, along with proficiency in project management software and tools, is essential. Strong creative problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail are also required.
