Warehouse Associate Opportunity – Louisville, KY 40299

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Louisville, KY. This full-time position offers $17.50 per hour with a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently.
• Accurately receive and store deliveries.
• Manage internal inventory movements and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor and replenish warehouse supplies as needed.
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders.
• Inspect and verify both inbound and outbound shipments.
• Identify and report any damaged or defective products.
• Participate in warehouse investigations to address complaints regarding shipments or inventory.
• Operate and maintain material handling equipment.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse operational standards and safety regulations.
• Assist in supervising and supporting temporary staff and visitors on-site.
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to organizational goals.

Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years of forklift operation experience, with sit-down and stand-up forklifts preferred.
• Experience with high-reach trucks is a plus.
• Forklift certification is desirable.
• Knowledge of standard shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes.
• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and pay meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various climate conditions.
• Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Requires normal or corrected 20/20 vision.
