Bilingual warehouse General Labor :

Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate the team to efficiently receive, store, pick, pack, and ship electrical supplies and equipment.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure products are stored correctly and are easily accessible.
Quality Assurance: Oversee quality checks of incoming and outgoing goods to prevent errors and returns.
Training and Development: Train team members on safety protocols, inventory systems, product knowledge, and standard operating procedures.
Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders by coordinating the picking, packing, and shipping processes.
Safety Enforcement: Promote and enforce safety guidelines, including the proper handling and storage of electrical products to minimize workplace hazards.
Communication Liaison: Act as the point of contact between management and warehouse staff, ensuring clear and effective communication in both languages.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency within the warehouse.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of warehouse activities, including inventory levels, staff performance, and productivity reports.

Bilingual warehouse General Labor Shift Info

Monday – Friday 7 am – 5pm.
PPE Must have steel toe boots, Hard hat, Glasses and Gloves
Bilingual – proficiency in English and Spanish.

Bilingual warehouse General Labor (Requirements):

Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and a second language (commonly Spanish), for clear communication with a diverse workforce and accurate relay of instructions.
Experience in Warehouse Leadership: Prior experience as a team lead or supervisor in a warehouse setting, preferably within the electrical supply or construction industry.
Knowledge of Electrical Products: Familiarity with electrical parts, components, and tools to ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of inventory.
Inventory and Logistics Management Skills: Proficiency in inventory tracking systems, order processing, and familiarity with ERP or WMS systems.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and management to foster a cooperative work environment.
Organizational and Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to manage and prioritize daily tasks, resolve issues promptly, and oversee workflow.
Safety and Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of warehouse safety standards and compliance, especially as they apply to handling electrical products.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and moving heavy items.
