Job Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the warehouse operation, ensuring efficient and safe receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. This role requires a strong focus on organization, logistics, and leadership, with a commitment to maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
General Accountabilities
- Oversee daily warehouse activities:
- Receiving, storing, and picking inventory
- Packing and shipping orders
- Quality control and assurance
- Inventory management and control of consignment and ITAD
- Owner of the Cycle Count process and inventory accuracy
- Space management and optimization
- Logistics and transportation coordination
- Manage warehouse staff:
- Utilizes daily huddles with associates to ensure operating procedures and assignments are appropriately communicated
- Coordinates work assignments and ensures assignments are completed timely
- Confers with departments to coordinate warehouse activities, such as sales, Test, or Shipping ensuring timely and proper processing for materials flowing through the warehouse
- Develop, implement, and enforce operational and safety policies and procedures
- Train and develop staff
- Monitor performance and provide feedback
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment
- Conduct safety inspections and audits; immediately informs management of potential safety threats; works with management to remedy threatening situations; and investigates and addresses safety incidents
- Optimize warehouse operations:
- Manage and maintain warehouse equipment
- Analyze data in Netsuite to identify areas for improvement
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of Warehouse
- Liaise with other departments: Purchasing, Sales, Customer service, Transportation providers, Engineering

Job Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: Previous leadership/management experience in the warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations field
- Judgment and decision making
- Ability to effectively multitask
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Frequently reaching from floor level to shoulder level done during 8-hour workday and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to operate hand pallet truck
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while understanding cross-functional department impacts.
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
