Hales AC, a top HVAC service provider, is looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Runner & Support to assist our Warehouse Supervisor with daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Inventory Management: Support the Warehouse Supervisor in tracking and controlling inventory, ensuring materials and parts are available for HVAC technicians and installers.
• Perform Inventory Counts: Help conduct monthly inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Manage Orders: Assist in organizing and staging orders for pick-up and delivery, ensuring accuracy and readiness.
• Handle Warranty Parts: Help manage warranty parts, returns, and credits, including tracking and organizing these items.
• Vendor Runs: Travel locally to pick up supplies from vendors or drop them off at job sites as needed, ensuring quick and efficient deliveries.
• Support Purchase Orders: Help the Warehouse Supervisor with managing purchase orders and checking deliveries for accuracy.
• Physical Labor: Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Assist with Pricing Research: Help the Warehouse Supervisor in finding the best-priced suppliers by gathering pricing information.
• General Warehouse Support: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, assist in staging materials for jobs, and be available for after-hours support when needed, especially when new sales come in.

Qualifications:

• Driving Record: Must have a clean driving record to travel locally for pick-ups and deliveries.
• Background Check & Drug Test: Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-demand environment.
• Physical Stamina: Able to lift 50 pounds regularly and perform other physical warehouse tasks.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with computers, especially Excel, is a plus.
• HVAC experience preferred: Familiarity with HVAC parts and systems is a bonus, but not required.
