Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Warehouse Manager for overseeing many of the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse.
  • Ensure that product quantity and quality, production efficiency meet the goals and priorities and all applicable Safety and Regulatory requirements are in compliant.
  • Responsible for the safety of US warehouses, including the improvement of safety related policies and processes.
  • Lead and organize safety trainings, report any Safety concerns and problems to the Warehouse Manager in a timely manner.
  • Conduct investigations for any accident or loss incurred in the warehouses.
  • Make sure production processes stay within budgets and deadlines and review the productivity of an organization’s manufacturing equipment.
  • Asset Management for equipment, ISO’s, vehicles, forklifts…etc. Keeping track of the sheets.
  • Maintenance and management of warehouse yard mules, forklifts, trucks, ISO, blenders and other related equipment.
  • Documentation of SOP’s and check lists.
  • QA/QC of products by assisting with keeping track of the data when it goes out to customers, and providing feedback to the warehouse if the customer has problems with products.
  • Ensure shipping the product to the customer timely and receiving the right quantity of product.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil & gas industry with similar capacity
  • Understanding of the friction reducer technology and OSHA or other relevant standards
  • Technical understanding of chemical production, warehouse operations and maintenance, especially maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities an the ability to make sound judgement
  • Strong communication skills (verbal / written)
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience in managing local team, be able to support Senior Management and to build work relationships internally with other departments.
  • Able to operate office software and office 365 software proficiently.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular, full-time basis without restrictions.
