Warehouse & Delivery Associate Job at Vital Energy in Sebastopol

Salary: $22-$25+ DOE

We are looking for a Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our outstanding team. Great opportunity for growth and willing to train the right person! 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with warehouse and fleet operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory, deliveries to job sites, and assisting with fleet upkeep.
• Work closely with the warehouse team, suppliers and field team, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager.
• Responsible for loading trucks, delivering to job sites, and ensuring proper documentation and signatures.
• Pick up materials and equipment at job sites, track equipment on tracking software, offload materials, and assist in organizing, cleaning, and general upkeep of the warehouse and fleet.
  

• Assist with shipping and receiving including meeting deliveries at warehouse or job sites, and scanning items into and out of inventory system. 
  
• Support install and service teams in field, as needed.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience operating large trailers, box trucks, utility vehicles, etc. Able to maneuver in tight spaces or complicated access (drive, back up, hook-up trailer, etc).
• Background in a warehouse environment, a plus.
• Ability to operate a fork lift or willing to learn.
• Ability to work in a productive manner in all types of weather and environments
• Great communication skills. Work well with customers and co-workers.
• Team oriented, able to work well and collaborate with installation and support teams.
  
• Self-starter, organized, and able to work independently in the field.
• Have a clean driving record and pass a background check.
• Possess and maintain a current valid state driver’s license
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs, move heavy loads over rough terrain, and use hands frequently along with other physically active requirements that come with the job.
