We are seeking a Warehouse / Procurement / Logistics Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the seamless flow of materials and equipment to support our growing team and customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations:
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and availability of materials.
  • Oversee receiving, storing, and distribution of materials and tools.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Procurement:
  • Build relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and terms.
  • Monitor supply chain trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials to support projects and services.
• Logistics:
  • Coordinate equipment and material deliveries to job sites.
  • Manage fleet maintenance schedules and vehicle inventory.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Team Leadership:
  • Supervise warehouse and logistics staff, providing training and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment.
  • Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in warehouse, procurement, or logistics management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with the home services industry is a bonus.
• Skills:
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
