We are hiring full-time Parts & Warehouse Associates. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our headquarters in Englewood, Colorado. This is not a remote work position.
JOB SUMMARY
As a member of our Parts & Warehouse Team, you will be integral to our operations, ensuring the timely and accurate management of parts inventory and warehouse activities. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, and organizing parts, managing inventory levels, and preparing orders for technicians. You’ll work closely with our technicians and suppliers to ensure that the right parts are available when and where they are needed.
In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our service operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in an organized, fast-paced environment where accuracy is essential.
- Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
- Schedule: While PriorityOne Group operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we generally schedule our Parts Associates in 8-hour work shifts Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 4:30pm.

Requirements:Responsibilities and Duties
Inventory and Asset Management
- Operate inventory tracking systems to maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring all parts and equipment are properly labeled, stored, and accounted for according to company policy.
- Regularly assess inventory against par levels and monitor aging stock. Communicate potential shortages or overstock issues to management.
- Conduct cycle counts as directed by the Parts & Warehouse Manager to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team to manage and organize customer-owned assets.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, maintaining a tidy parts and equipment storage environment.
Receiving, Fulfillment, and Job Staging
- Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and properly store or stage parts and equipment.
- Pick, pack, and ship daily orders, ensuring that inventory is delivered or staged as required.
- Work closely with the Parts & Warehouse Manager and Customer Service team to ensure that necessary parts are available for internal jobs and technician dispatches.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing order acknowledgments and shipping information as needed.
- Safely operate material handling equipment, including scissor lift, forklift, pallet stacker, pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
Systems Processing
- Accurately document transactions in inventory, accounting, or field service systems, ensuring all parts movement is properly recorded.
- Assist in reconciling discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
Customer Service and Sales
- Assist walk-in customers by coordinating sales and service inquiries.
- Collaborate with colleagues and managers on special projects or tasks as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with inventory management or warehousing is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and other Windows-based software environments.
Standout Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or parts-related role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience using inventory management software or field service systems is a plus.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
- The employee frequently uses hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- The noise level in the work environment is moderate to high.
