We are currently looking for a seasonal picker and puller, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment or display according to specific orders or inventory needs.
Responsibilities:
Order Picking: Accurately pick items from shelves, bins, or designated areas based on customer orders or inventory requirements.
Quality Assurance: Inspect picked items for quality, damage, or defects before packaging or sending for delivery.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by updating stock counts and locations as items are picked.
Packaging and Labeling: Properly package picked items according to specified guidelines and ensure correct labeling for shipping or display.
Efficiency and Productivity: Work efficiently to meet daily or weekly picking quotas while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment, lifting items, and working in the warehouse environment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including supervisors, packers, and logistics personnel, to ensure smooth workflow and order fulfillment.
Requirements:
