We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Instrument Engineering Analyst/Product Management SME to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is located in Boston, MA – HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Drive Private Markets/Real Assets product by strengthening the Eagle Accounting product offering and integrating with our Vault Platform. Prioritize client requests and develop roadmaps for enhancing the Data & Analytics software suite, specifically in alternative assets. Identify private markets enhancements that will add meaningful value for clients and drive revenue growth for Data and Analytics. Provide highly technical solutions related to complex derivatives client needs. Gather business requirements and translate into stories for engineering. Work closely with engineering teams throughout the development process to ensure enhancements satisfy the requirements. Present compelling pre-sales, post-sales, and internal demos on new and existing functionality. Create thought leadership materials that highlight the strengths of our private markets and derivatives offering. Act as a subject matter expert across Eagle products for clients and internal stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: BS or MS degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in a product management role within the software/financial services industry. Deep knowledge of alternative assets (private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate) and derivatives. A history of bringing software solutions to market. Strong technical skills with an understanding of cloud platforms and technologies. Experience facing off directly with clients. Comfort with public speaking and presentations. Familiarity with the Eagle software suite. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
