Job Description
CarParts.com is currently seeking Order Pickers to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping the dock clear by putting away received merchandise in a timely manner.
Order Pickers are one of the most important positions for serving our customers' needs. You’ll be key to driving our success at our Texas distribution center and contributing to overall company mission!

YOU WILL:
- Claim received merchandise from designated area using an order picker.
- Scan proper labels and transport merchandise to assigned stock location using material handling equipment.
- Scan proper labels and begin the put away process following the rack rules/RF rules.
- Follow all safety rules.
- Assist where needed when current with assignment.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Basic reading, writing, and math.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
- Deadline-driven.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent work ethic.
- Team player.
- Safety-focused.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Occasionally: Activity exists up to 1/3 of the time (8-11 hour shift)
- Frequently: Activity exists from 1/3 of the time up to 2/3 of the time (8-11 hour shift)
- Constantly: Activity exists 2/3 or more of the time (8-11 hour shift)
