Atosa Catering Equipment, Inc. is a leading manufacturer and distributor of commercial kitchen equipment. As a young and fast growing company, we are presently searching for a new member to join our warehouse team in Grove City, OH. Our ideal candidate will be an ambitious and hardworking professional with the ability to stay organized, pay attention to detail, and multitask in a fast paced environment. Applying candidates must be willing to working in a warehouse setting in hot or cold conditions and remain on feet for up to 4 hours at a time. Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming cargo by safely unloading from trucks or containers using appropriate equipment such as hand tools, hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts.
  • Verify and accurately record the count and condition of received cargo. Document and securely store items in designated locations.
  • Prepare equipment for outgoing orders, ensuring precise labeling for correct destination.
  • Segregate outgoing cargo based on purchase order, customer, or freight carrier requirements.
  • Conduct periodic inventory counts to maintain real-time and accurate inventory levels.
  • Perform essential warehouse maintenance tasks, including sweeping floors and organizing equipment.
  • Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials with utmost safety.
  • Inspect materials for any damage, defects, or discrepancies and promptly report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and updating inventory records.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions. Complete necessary paperwork accurately.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.

Qualification:

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize workloads.
  • Demonstrated capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong focus, ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Outstanding customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in driving and/or operating heavy equipment.
  • Competence in reading, comprehending, and completing basic checklists, forms, and related documents.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to eighty (80) pounds.
  • Capacity to work on feet for extended periods of up to 4 hours at a time.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Proficient in using a scan gun for inventory management.

Required:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting.
  • Preferred OSHA certification.
