Location: Chatsworth, CA
Pay: $17.00 - $17.25

A leading global supplier of hardware and related components in the aerospace industry, committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking Warehouse Associate, preferably with aerospace experience.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations. With competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities, this is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate with some warehouse experience.
Job Description:
Receiving:
- Validate quantities of products received using scales.
- Scan items into the ERP system and verify accompanying documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory and cycle counts.
Shipping:
- Prepare pallets and freight using pallet jacks.
- Generate shipping labels, tracking numbers, and commercial invoices for international shipments.
- Use ERP systems and customer portals for shipping requirements and advance shipping notices.
Kitting:
- Validate and manage materials according to specifications.
- Assemble various types of customer kits and ensure completion for shipment.
- Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI):
- Maintain and replenish customer bins and manage inventory in SAP with hand scanners.
Pick Pack:
- Organize, scan, and pack items using warehouse equipment and tools.
- Process special packages and handle cross-docks as needed.
General Responsibilities:
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Complete tasks efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar warehouse environment, preferably in aerospace.
- Proficiency in inventory software and warehouse processes.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Excel) and data entry skills.
- Ability to use warehouse equipment and tools, including pallet jacks.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and dependability.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
