Warehouse Associate Job at Johnstone Supply in Colorado Springs

The primary duties for this position will be a combination of deliveries, receiving, shipping, directing product, and helping customers.

This is a full time position, 40 hours a week and a couple Saturday’s a month from 8:00 A.M. - noon. Motor vehicle check, background check and drug screening required to start however, once you've passed your probation period of 90 days you AND your family will receive health benefits at no cost to you. Yeah, you read that correctly.

We are looking for a hard-working warehouse associate. Warehouse associates are responsible for receiving, labeling, storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, deliveries and accurately filling customer orders.

A successful warehouse associate is hard-working, organized and detail-oriented. 

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

• Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
• Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
• Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
• Organizing the warehouse space.
• Preparing orders for shipment.
• Operating stock management tools and equipment; Forklifts, picker, delivery vehicles
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records.
• Making deliveries in a large vehicle

Warehouse Associate Requirements:

• A high school diploma.
• Experience with inventory software.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A forklift driver's certification.
• Physical stamina.
• The ability to be a team player.
