Boutique Air is hiring Captains and First Officers to fly the PC-12 throughout the country. The PC-12 is operated in the executive 8-seat configuration to accommodate scheduled airline service and charter operations throughout the the US, Canada, and Mexico. We are the largest operator of the PC12 globally by number of hours flown annually. We fly our PC-12 fleet over 36,000 hours annually. We have completed more than 150,000 safe passenger flights since inception. You will be part of the best trained and most experienced PC-12 pilot group in the world. We are known for well-trained, safe pilots with turbine skills valuable to the airline industry. The Professional Difference: Boutique Air operations primarily utilize a two-crew operation hinged on Crew Resource Management (CRM) and standardization. Our crew concept is modeled after the industry standards utilizing checklists, call outs, flows, and Standard Operating Practices (SOP's). We have a Flight Standards Manual that covers every aspect of our flight operation. Safety is our number one priority! Training Pay:

We now pay full pay for all pilots from the very first day of ground school! Pilots:

Over 100+ pilots and counting. Pilot Domiciles:

Boston (BOS), Dallas Fort Worth (KDFW), Oakland (OAK), Portland (KPDX). Currently we assign domiciles based on seniority during the first week of ground school. Open Time/Trip Trade:

Earn more money and better manage your schedule. All pilots have access to system wide open time. This means you can pick up flying in advance that is unassigned to another pilot as a way to make additional income. Boutique Air also allows for pilots to trip trade with each other to help one gain more control over your schedule. CASS/Jumpseat

(Cockpit Access Security System): Boutique Air participates in CASS and MyIDTravel at no cost to the pilot. We have jumpseat agreements with over 30 airlines including the majors such as Southwest Airlines, American Airlines, United Airlines, Delta Airlines, Spirit Airlines, and Frontier. Known Crew Member/KCM:

Boutique Air participates in the Known Crew Member program with TSA. PILOT will be paid Captain pay of $55,000.00 minimum yearly pay guarantee commencing upon the start of ground school with bonus payments as set forth in Section V. This is based on a monthly minimum guarantee of 70 hours at a rate of $65.48. All hours flown above 70 hours will be compensated at a rate of $83.33. You may make extra money picking up open shifts in our Open Time system. In addition, we may occasionally put Bonus Time/extra pay on routes that are uncovered as a way for you to make additional income. You may also apply to be a Check Airman and make an additional $25 per hour on top of the pay scale above. We allow outside flying on your days off provided it does not conflict with your Boutique Air schedule. It must be reported so that we may properly track your Part 135 requirements.
